It's annoying enough when I'm asked to identify as "male," "female," or "transsexual," which makes me wonder whether they are really missing the point that badly, or whether this is a passive-aggressive aggression disguised as "but we're being inclusive!" (I don't have to be trans* to be annoyed by this one.)
