Sorry that my illnesses inconvenience you. It is, of course, quite unreasonable of me to ask that your expectations of me be based on how those illnesses affect me, since that would require effort on your part - and i'm just not worth it, am i? And anyway, why should you bother when you've got so many things on your own plate?

Yep, let's all just help one another when it's convenient. It'll mean that we can only face difficulties according to other people's timetables, but i'm sure that everything will work out okay for everybody in the end.
