i've been much more exhausted, and in much more pain, than usual in recent times. i'm not sure why. But in any event, remaining vertical is often quite a challenge at the moment; i'm having to do quite a bit of mental work in order to cope with the pain; and even reading stuff on the computer is taking more effort than usual.
