Warming

On Saturday, myself, sacred_harlot and naked_wrat will be participating in the Walk against warming as part of the International Day of Action on Climate Change. The release of the Stern Report earlier this week has made it even clearer that action is indeed needed on this issue; particularly here in Australia, where we have one of the highest (if not the highest) per capita emissions of greenhouse gases in the world¹.

It's only a short walk - ~750m - and it's almost all downhill, so i reckon i can manage it. :-)

Heh, well, actually, i do a walk of roughly that length at least a couple of times a week anyway, as i move back and forth between houses . . . . some trips are harder than others, but i manage it. :-)
